Zachary Smith | Founder of Increasing Leverage

Zach HS

Zach Smith is the Founder of the Increasing Leverage.  Increasing Leverage was born out of Zach’s passion to formalize the system he developed while growing and optimizing businesses large and small.  Zach’s is passionate about sharing the system he successfully used to multiply profits and return on invested time in businesses large and small.

Zach has over 15 years of experience in supply chain management, process creation and improvement, and software (commercial and web) implementation and development.  But it is Zach’s passion to test, analyze, and discover how to “increase leverage” in businesses by creating new assets and getting a greater return on existing assets.  His system reduces the time and risk professionals, entrepreneurs, and small-medium sized businesses face.  Finding the right thing to do, at the right time, in the right sequence is critical to maximizing your return on time, effort, and achieving the escape velocity to get your business into order.
